Therapy billing
1. What forms of payment does Gumtree accept?
We accept both insurance and private pay payment options. See below for more information.
Insurance: We accept many major insurance plans, including most plans from:
- SelectHealth
- United (UMR, Optum, etc.)
- EMI
- DMBA
- BlueCross BlueShield
Private-Pay:
We accept multiple forms of self-pay/private pay.
2. Do you accept Medicaid/Medicare plans?
Unfortunately, we do not accept either at this time.
3. What is the cost of a therapy session?
Our rate for therapy is $150 per session, except for the initial assessment session, which is $175.

2. What age groups do you see?
Our providers see a variety of age groups. Overall as a clinic, we see children, adolescents, and adults depending on each clinician.
3. Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not currently have any providers who prescribe medication.
Appointments
1. How frequently would I have therapy?
Each of our clinicians works with her/his clients to establish a frequency that works for all parties. However, the most common frequency is one session per week.
2. How long are your therapy sessions?
Typically sessions are 50 minutes of face-to-face meetings scheduled on the hour.
3. How can I request an appointment?

Emergencies
1. What do I do if I am in crisis or have an emergency?
We do not provide any kind of emergency service. If you have an emergency or are in crisis, call 9-1-1 or go immediately to the nearest emergency room.
