Yuliya is a compassionate therapist. She is committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with a focus on grief, personal growth, and healing. Yuliya is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, grief-focused treatments, existential therapy (logotherapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gestalt therapy. She is also a certified yoga instructor, which allows her to incorporate mindfulness and trauma-focused yoga interventions to promote holistic well-being.
Yuliya’s approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. She works collaboratively with her clients to guide them on their journey toward resilience and fulfillment. As a lifelong learner, Yuliya is dedicated to ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of new therapeutic approaches and techniques.
Yuliya received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Utah Valley University, where she received the Clinical Excellence award. She provides therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
