Grief Therapy in Provo, Utah

There’s no right way to grieve, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Loss can change everything: your routines, your relationships, even your sense of who you are. Whether you’re grieving a death, a divorce, or another kind of loss, the weight of it can feel confusing and lonely. At Gumtree Therapy, we offer a steady, compassionate space to move through grief at your own pace and in your own way.

Healing starts with a real session, not a sales call. Book your intake and begin the work.

Is this you?

Maybe waves of sadness, anger, or numbness keep catching you off guard, or you feel stuck long after others seem to have moved on. Perhaps sleep, focus, or daily life have become harder, or you’re carrying guilt or unanswered questions about what happened. However your grief shows up, it makes sense, and it deserves care.

How grief therapy helps

Grief isn’t something to fix or rush past. In therapy, we help you make room for what you’re feeling, honor the person or life you’ve lost, and find ways to carry that loss while still moving forward. Over time, many people find that the pain softens and space opens up for connection and meaning again.
